Job Responsibilities
1. Independently responsible for the product operation work of the department, including but not limited to collecting and organizing the department's product needs, coordinating with product managers, following up on needs, and tracking the performance of products after launch;
2. Based on operational objectives and the current product status, establish an effective data tracking mechanism. Drive optimization of operational plans based on business development requirements, and be responsible for the implementation and execution of online product promotion activities to achieve KPI targets;
3. Continuously monitor product effectiveness, analyze user behavior and needs, understand competitor trends, and conduct competitive analysis;
4. Based on the current operational status, productize existing processes and optimize business efficiency.
Job Requirements
1. Possesses strong analytical and logical thinking skills, a sense of responsibility, strong pressure resistance, and the ability to independently complete projects;
2. Possesses insight, independent analytical abilities, and strong learning, innovation, and communication skills;
3. Passionate about product operations, enthusiastic about innovation and solving challenging problems;
4. Able to create PRDs and prototypes. Experience in banking or familiarity with installment e-commerce, community e-commerce, or online earning industries is preferred;
5. Possesses strong pressure resistance, execution ability, and learning ability.
