In 2012, Guangdong Huimiao Electric Co., Ltd. was established, with Foshan Huimiao Electric Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Zhongda Venture Capital Co., Ltd. as the main initiating shareholders. Zhongda Venture Capital was founded in February 2011. It is a new industrial investment institution aiming to fully utilize the advantages and resources of Chinese universities in technological innovation, industrial research, and talent cultivation, mobilize and allocate social funds, support the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and focus on equity investment, corporate restructuring, listing, and mergers and acquisitions.
