The S11 series three-phase oil-immersed distribution transformers are available in two types: fully sealed and with an oil cushion. They are suitable for 6KV, 10KV, and 35KV power transmission and distribution systems, and can be used for power distribution, power supply, and lighting in factories, mines, petrochemical plants, and industrial and agricultural enterprises. Compared to S9 series products of the same specification, the S11 series has lower no-load losses and lower no-load current, resulting in significant energy savings. In addition, the noise level complies with national environmental protection policies, making it an energy-efficient and environmentally friendly transformer.

Product Features
The new S11 series fully sealed transformers adopt advanced technology, with low no-load and load losses, strong lightning surge resistance, strong short-circuit capacity, significant energy saving effect, and remarkable socio-economic benefits. They are ideal products for the current national grid transformation. The product adopts a fully oil-filled sealed type without an oil tank. The change in oil volume caused by temperature and load changes in the transformer is completely adjusted by the elasticity of the transformer tank. Compared with the S9 series transformers, the S11 series has an average no-load loss reduction of 30% and an average no-load current reduction of 60%, making it a more energy-efficient product currently available in China.

High-efficiency energy conversion design
The power transformer adopts high-magnetic silicon steel sheets and optimized winding structure to achieve an energy conversion efficiency of more than 98.5%, and the no-load loss is 30% lower than that of traditional products. The specially designed cooling channel keeps the temperature rise within 45K to ensure continuous and stable operation. -
Intelligent monitoring system
The transformer with integrated IoT technology is equipped with 12 real-time monitoring points, which can accurately collect key parameters such as temperature, oil level, vibration, etc., and realize abnormal warning through the cloud platform, and the fault response time is shortened to within 15 minutes. -
Environmentally friendly insulation solution
The new plant ester insulating oil is completely biodegradable, with a flammability of more than 320℃. Combined with specially treated insulating paper, the environmental protection level of the transformer is raised to the highest standard, and the service life is extended to 30 years.
