Simply put, a dry-type transformer is a transformer whose core and windings are not immersed in insulating oil. Cooling methods are divided into natural air cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF). During natural air cooling, the transformer can operate continuously at rated capacity for a long time. During forced air cooling, the transformer's output capacity can be increased by 50%. Suitable for intermittent overload operation; or emergency overload operation. Because the load loss and impedance voltage increase significantly during overload, it is in a non-economic operating state, so it should not be allowed to operate continuously under overload for a long time.

The power transformer adopts high-magnetic silicon steel sheets and optimized winding structure to achieve an energy conversion efficiency of more than 98.5%, and the no-load loss is 30% lower than that of traditional products. Environmentally friendly insulation solution
The new plant ester insulating oil is completely biodegradable, with a flammability of more than 320℃. Combined with specially treated insulating paper, the environmental protection level of the transformer is raised to the highest standard, and the service life is extended to 30 years.
